Leadership class

The LEADERs program

The L.E.A.D.E.R.s. program focuses on an individual’s career journey utilizing Dr. Ervin’s Career and Power Skills (CAPS) program.  Unlike any other leadership class you’ve taken, this program will have a vertical integration from entry level to retirement.

This is a six-month leadership program for leaders at all levels and stages in their careers.  Cohorts will focus on these skills and how they use them as they progress through their career journey.

Participants will receive all 7 L.E.A.D.E.R.s. toolkits that will guide them monthly through their skill journey.  They will also receive assessments and other tools to work through skill building to include the Working Genius and Emotional Intelligence Assessments.  Everyone will be invited to participate in monthly group sessions where we discuss current skill work and review how they integrate with previous skills.  We will also host closed LinkedIn groups that will allow for connections/discussions between sessions and beyond the one year program.
