How this works

The Cohort

LEADERs is a cohort-based program. We start the next cohort in January 2024. To ensure an intimate and impactful experience, each cohort is limited to 30 participants, with 10 individuals in each stage. Don’t miss your opportunity to secure your spot and unlock your leadership potential!

The Sessions

We meet once every other month for 3 hours, allowing you to balance your professional commitments while investing in your leadership journey.

Each session focuses on a specific topic from our Career and Power Skills curriculum, led by an expert from our vibrant community.

Picture this: the first hour is a dynamic group discussion that sets the stage for the session. In the second hour, you’ll engage with peers in your experience-level group, sharing insights and strategies tailored to your unique challenges. Finally, in the last hour, all groups come together for inter-stage conversations, fostering mentorship opportunities for everyone. It’s a powerful blend of collaboration, learning, and personal growth.

The Network

In the off months, we organize networking events to strengthen the bond within your cohort. This connectivity ensures ongoing support, shared experiences, and a thriving community of leaders at all levels. Plus, you’ll get to meet members of our previous cohorts! Being a LEADER will bring you together with people you never knew before.

The Work

In between sessions, you’ll really dig into what you’ve learned from Dr. Katie and the other facilitators. We provide you with PDF toolkits for each topic, which were carefully created to provide you with valuable resources, exercises, and practical insights tailored to each skill we’ll cover. Through thought-provoking questions and reflection exercises, you will deepen your understanding and application of these skills.
