A cutting-edge one year leadership program

The Program

The L.E.A.D.E.R.s. program focuses on an individual’s career journey utilizing Dr. Ervin’s Career and Power Skills (CAPS) program.  This program will have a vertical integration from entry level to retirement.

This is a six-month leadership program for leaders at all levels and stages in their careers.  Cohorts will focus on these skills and how they use them as they progress through their career journey. 

Participants will receive all 7 L.E.A.D.E.R.s. toolkits that will guide them monthly through their skill journey.  They will also receive assessments and other tools to work through skill building to include the Working Genius and Emotional Intelligence Assessments.  Everyone will be invited to participate in monthly group sessions where we discuss current skill work and review how they integrate with previous skills.  We will also host closed LinkedIn groups that will allow for connections/discussions between sessions and beyond the one year program.

Participant costs – varies by level
Participants will receive a discount on individual coaching sessions with Dr. Ervin.

Facilitator

Dr. Katie Ervin

Dr. Ervin has 22 years of experience in leadership development, organizational growth.  Her doctoral research and continued focus areas are workplace motivation and employee satisfaction. 

Dr. Ervin will lead each session and will supplement conversations with guest speakers on the different topics.
